Martin Grana Basurco, MD
Clinical Fellow
Pediatrics
Dr. Martin Grana is a Neonatal-Perinatal fellow who extended his clinical training to do neuroscience research at the Petersen Lab with support from the Pediatric Scientist Development Program (PSDP). He is passionate about helping improve neurodevelopmental outcomes of premature and critically ill infants. Originally from Lima, Peru, with his (also Peruvian) wife, Alexia, and his only (for now) almost 3-year-old kid, Lorenzo, they enjoy visiting the different parks SF has to offer and exploring the amazing food scene. He also enjoys reading fantasy novels, playing and watching soccer, and running marathons (if that can be called enjoyable).
